Thank you for your interest in our lean and clean beef!  We are a third generation, family owned and operated ranch in the south eastern part of Kansas. 
Our animals are humanely treated, natural and grass finished.
This picture shows you one of the fields where our animals live year round.  Never in a feedlot!  The best steers from each season are individually selected to be in this program.  They stay on "mother's milk" 6+ months, increasing the strength of their natural immune system.  They are never given added hormones or growth stimulants.  They drink fresh water from streams, lakes and a deep well.  We know that healthy, well fed animals naturally make healthy food, rich with nutrients.  Our animals are gentle and  friendly; living a low stress, happy life which makes an impact on the tenderness of the meat. Their primary diet is multiple Kansas Grasses which increases the rich beef flavor of our black angus.
